It started in a classroom. It became Amazon stores, VA teams, clients across time zones, and a family that makes every hour count.

   01 BEFORE 2022

   Where it began

   I taught in a public school. Teaching shaped how I explain, organize and guide people through unfamiliar work.

2. 

   02 2022

   Learning the work

   I learned product research and Amazon store operations one lead, one listing and one store at a time, from wherever the work took me.

3. 

   03 2023 — 2024

   Leading VA teams

   Training and supervising VAs became a way to bring consistency and clear processes to the work.

4. 04 EVERY WEEK

   Working with clients

   Regular calls keep clients in the loop: what moved, what needs a decision, and what happens next.

5. 05 TODAY

   Here we are

   Remote work lets me be present for my family while serving clients well. That balance is why I do the work carefully.
